Onsite positions

This exciting Oil & Gas industry does not work without our beloved oilmen, who work in Exploration and Production. So, where there is oil; that's where we recruit to satisfy the needs of our clients. We recruit and select for operational positions, mid-level professionals and C-level executives within a company.

How do we do it?

How do we do it?

  • We recruit through our website, social networks, and we head-hunt.
  • We evaluate each CV we receive to see if it meets the requirements of the search to which they apply.
  • If requirements are met, we will contact you via email or telephone to review the information provided in the CV.
  • After an evaluation we coordinate an interview with a PETROMAN ENERGY reference who will be in charge of pre-selecting the candidates to present to the client and where the level of English will be evaluated, if required.
  • We will ask you for 2 to 3 professional references before agreeing to the interview with our client.
  • When the above has been competed, you will have the opportunity to be interviewed by our client who will make the final decision.

The PETROMAN ENERGY team will accompany you throughout the recruitment and selection process. We love to hear about the personal progress of our candidates even when they are already one of our clients.
