Alejandra Avila
President / Founder
Alejandra graduated from the Universidad del Salvador, in Buenos Aires, Argentina with a degree in Human Resources Administration. She also has specialized training in Management for Middle Management from the Argentine School of Business.
She has more than 20 years of professional experience, dedicating the last 15 years to the Oil & Gas industry. Her experience and passion for this industry have allowed her to be a benchmark for Latin America within Human Resources in the Oil & Gas Industry. Alejandra is a sought-after resource within the Oil & Gas Industry and has written as articles for Diario Clarín and La Nación, the two most popular newspapers in Argentina. She also wrote regular monthly columns in industry specific magazines such as Guía Petrolera. Alejandra has also been interviewed by cable news network's providing her expertise on the industry employment outlook in Latin America. She is a member of the IAPG, Argentine Institute of Oil and Gas. She has given training at IFES and other universities contributing to the training of young people within the Oil & Gas industry. Petroman, today Petroman Energy, is headquartered in Argentina and the United States and thanks to its partners, recruits in more than 50 countries.

Prior to beginning his executive search career, Greg's professional experience included more than twenty years in general management, sales and strategic business development. Greg received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Brigham Young University in Provo Utah. In his spare time Greg enjoys flight instructing, climbing Colorado's fourteeners, and spending time with his family.

Magali is a Hydrocarbon technician who graduated from IFES in Rincón de Los Sauces, Neuquén, Argentina. She has 8 years of professional experience in the Oil & Gas Industry, carrying out recruitment selection processes for different oil companies in the Neuquén Basin in Argentina. She also has experience in business development and human capital management. Additionally, she served as the head of IFES at the Rincon de Los Sauces headquarters, an Institute which trains young people in different careers dedicated to the Oil & Gas industry.
Yamina Jadull
Recruitment and Selection Manager
Yamina graduated from the University of Belgrano in Buenos Aires, Argentina with a degree in Human Capital Management. She has 10 years of professional experience, managing the recruitment and selection processes of technicians and professionals for the Oil & Gas industry. She is a teacher at the IFES Rincón de Los Sauces headquarters, focusing on the Hydrocarbon and Human Resources careers, specializing in the training of young professionals within the industry.
